At first glance our prices may seem high, but we do more than just dust, mop, and sweep. When we are hired to clean a house or apartment we give the same attention to detail and cleanlines that we use when cleaning a medical office. We move things, we get under and behind things. When we clean windows, we clean the sills as well. We don't just dust doors and frames, we wash them down too. If the dirt, grease and grime can possibly be removed, we remove it. Nothing escapes our keen eye. We redefine the word clean.
We will clean one time, or on a regular schedure. When we first contract for a regular scheduled cleaning we may offer the option of a first time cleaning at a slightly higher price than your regular scheduled cleaning. This first time cleaning is deep and thourough, assuring a "clean slate" to work with in the future. We will spend an average of 8hrs cleaning a two bedroom, one bath home or apartment during a first time or one time cleaning. We are extremely thorough.

What to expect during a first time or one time cleaningl:
Wipe down all hard surfaces. Scrub or steam clean if needed
Dust all surfaces including walls and ceilings.
Sweep and mop hard floors. We use a FloorMate machine on hard floors. A Floor Mate machine is made to not only scrub hard floors but it vacummes up the dirty water, so no dirty is left behind to dry on the floors
Vacuume all carpets. Spot clean if necessary. We do clean carpets. Price for carpet extraction can be figured into to a first time/one time cleaning if requested.
Empty trash cans and waste baskets,santitize inside and outside of indoor trash containers. Replace trash can liners.
Thoroughly clean bathroom, including sinks, commodes, tubs and shower stalls, floors and walls.
Clean mirrors
Wipe down the outside of all appliances. We will leave your home, apartment or office sparkling clean and smelling fresh.

Vaccume upholstery.
Wipe down the inside and outside of indoor trash containers.
Dust overhead fixtures.
Sweep down walls and ceilings.
Clean glass fronts on cabinets and display cases.
Dust baseboards or wipe down if needed.
Clean backsplashes behind sinks.
Wipe down door facings, window sills, switch plates, and accessible outlet covers.
Dust mini-blinds and vaccume curtains and drapes.

We will use our dry steam vapor cleaning system where needed to assure that your home is as clean as possible.
Once your home is totally and immaculately clean, the charge for scheduled regular cleaning is considerably less than a first time or one time cleaning.
